I have had SkyQ installed and at the same time I asked for Broadband. I need to get a date when it will be installed. You have already taken payment for something I do not have.

Broadband has a minimum ten working day lead time from the order being placed.
For provisioning over FTTP that can be considerably longer, particularly in holiday season.
