I am the primary account holder and want to register that i am moving home

Every time I click to register that I am Moving Home, I get a message to say that I must be the primary account holder. After that it just takes me back to the home page. Very frustrating. What am I doing wrong?

@Petepip 

Usually happens when you are using a Sky ID that isnt the primary one or if you haven't yet linked your Sky ID to your account number
