I am switching to Sky and I need to change activation date

I have just been given an activation date and I need to postpone it by 2 weeks until the contract with my current supplier expires. I think I need to do it by calling Sky, however when I call the helpline, there is no option to request the change or speak to somebody.

I was able to contact Sky today and solve the problem, apparently it is only outside working hours that there is no option to contact Sky.
