I am simply trying to order Broadband & TV from Sky and at the end of the process an error code comes up on the website every time. If I can't even fulfil my order online, today, I will look at another supplier.

@MrsKM Broadband orders often do have to involve a call as due to changes to the. Openreach network in preperation for the switch off of the copper network. These changes require you to listen and agree to a script read by an adviser to avoid issues with care alarms and medical equipment.
