I am sick of my Sky broadband dropping off at least once a week. Is this typical of Sky as it seens

Sky broadband in Harrogate is just useless. Speeds are terrible... and it drops its connection at least every week. Its a total waste of money and my time. I expect it to just work every day, but you can guarantee that the moment I want to relax and watch an online movie... Sky broadband is guaranteed to fail.

@TonyKemp Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
