I am moving to Isle of Man is SKY Broadband still available to me?

I will be moving to Isle of Man and want to know if Sky Broadband is available  to me?

Really funny actually it's claimed we can't get Sky broadband in the Isle of Man and yet when I check available networks Sky is listed with a personalised code beside it. So someone in my apartment block in Ramsey in the Isle of Man seems to have broadband from Sky!!!!

That could be the signal broadcast by a Sky Q main box, Mini box or booster to form the 'Q mesh': this doesn't need Sky broadband but would have a Sky SSID.
