I am having issues tracking my broadband order

I have paid the £5 upon ordering and I have not heard back since then. The email address I provided was correct as i got an email saying I need to creat a Skyid to track my order. I  created the id, used the link, but when I clicked on it it always said there were issues tracking my order. I have a privisional date of my plan starting on 26th and I absoluely need it to happen on that date latest. I don't know what to do, I don't even know if my order is being processed!

You will have to call Sky if the order tracker is not working.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
