  • You will need to call Sky and reschedule as we are customers and cannot do so.
  • Do it urgently as you can be charged for a missed appointment.

Also be aware the Communication Workers Union has more strike action scheduled at BT Group (which includes Openreach) and that will inevitably impact availability.
