I am checking my broadband speed with an app and it shows only 39.1 mbps download speed.

I recently upgraded to sky superfast broadband (150mbps) when I first checked the speed for a week or so all was good. Testing it today with same app, it shows 39.1 download. All seems good ,but why would show this ?
