I always have internet problems in my house
Hi
I really fed up with my internet in the house
sky please do something it's totally unacceptable for you to charge me money and have extremely poor service
I'm not at home during day but can you urgently send some one to look in to it as I done all test that is possible and nothing helps !

@London2012 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum.
If as it sounds your problem is down to poor WiFi signal level in your home Sky will only send out an engineer to check WiFi if you have bought their WiFi Max bundle. Otherwise its down to the customer to sought.
