So, ive done everything to get the broadband. I got the broadband max, activation date is today 20th and I've received a message saying the activation has been completed.
Problem is when i go to MySky, it says i dont have a broadband yet i have a contract?? I'm so confused.
It also doesnt show my TV services which again I also have.
AND to make things worse, that damn AI that answers when you call customer services isn't helpful and I can't seem to be able to contact anyone so here I am.
