Hub won’t finish set up in the app

I have completed all the installation steps for the sky max hub and WiFi is up and running. However, the stage in which the app connects to finish the set up keeps failing. I have also been given a WiFi extender but it won't let me install this until the set up completes.


Has anyone had this issue?

This issue has also been reported by others so your not alone.

All you can really do is call Sky who will investigate and hopefully resolve it. I had a similar issue when I first got mine which was resolved overnight by Sky's backend broadband specialists.
