Hub voice light orange and no internet light

Internet and WiFi all done until 15 mins ago. 

 

Our phones asked us to sign in for WiFi which takes me to sky trouble shooting, unplugging and plugging back in, rebooting router etc but hasn't resolved it.  Tested all service on sky website and says no issues and all working??? 

 

Not sure what to try next ?
