Did a test. Said no broadband to hub. 2lights on. Phone plug in works. Hub turned off and on few times. Still no broadband and keeps saying sky sign in on phone for broadband but still not working aaaah. I need broadband.

Find out more@theqitchesden run the connection test in the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection as that will tell uou if there is a known fault and can book an dngineer if it idetifies a fault otherwise call Sky to report the issue. Calls on your Sky Talk line to Sky are free.
