Hub not delivered but go live tomorrow

My broadband is due to go live tomorrow but I'm still waiting for my hub to be delivered. It was received by Royal Mail on 12th June and there's been no update since.

I can't phone as I'm partially deaf and phone calls can be problematic. I tried looking for an online chat but it keeps taking me to the automated assistant which just goes around in circles.

 

is anyone able to contact me to chase up the delivery with Royal Mail?

Does it say anything in my orders in your my sky app

 

If not rec'd by tomorrow drop us a wee note here so we can escalate it to sky for you

It just says 'Dispatched, coming soon'

My local Royal Mail deliver up until around 8pm so I'm still hoping it will arrive this evening, if not I'll update the post. Thank you

Hub still not delivered. Luckily a friend had a spare hub she could lend me but its just a standard hub and i'll be paying for sky max

@DebbieC89 if the hub does not arrive in todays or tomorrows post give Sky a ring.

Hi, the hub still hasn't arrived. How do I go about escalating this to sky? The tracking information hasn't updated in a week. It's looking as though Royal Mail have lost the parcel
