Hub not connecting to all devices

Hello 

my sky not connecting to my sitting room devices 

so I need a booster , it's strange because o live in a bungalow and it really isn't far from where the hub is

@Shirley28 And how far is far fom one point to the other, and any brick walls in the way between both points, you should also say which sky hub you have!
