Hub not connecting after 3 days

My new hub was fitted on Monday but already devices can't connect or say incorrect password when it actually is correct. Really disappointed as we waited a month for it to be fitted.
When checking on sky.com it says 10 devices are connected but surely this can't be the limit??

anyone else had this happen problem ?

@Lmac75 there isnt a limit of 10 devices so something has happened.

Is it posdible some has changed the password they would have to have access to the hub to do thst. If you suspect that simply reset the hub by pressing and holding in the reset button until the power led flashes which oncecit restarts is baxk to the default settings including the password. If you havecthe new white wifi max hub press and hold in the wps button for at least 15 seconds.

if you suspect somebody is fiddling with the settings change the admin pasword to something only you know. See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password which tells you how to changecthe admin pasword as well as the wifi poassword.
