Hub intermittently failing

My Sky Broadband keeps *intermittently* failing. It works perfectly for a few hours and then fails for a few minutes. I've tried the usual unplug, turn it off and on again - and it still does the same periodal failures. My postcode is PH33. I can't find a phone number to speak to a human being, to determine whether it's an area engineering problem or if my hub is faulty. Would someone from Sky please provide answers and assistance. Thank you.

@JohnnyGG  When you say the hub is failing what lights on the hub are going out or is the hub doing a power cycle?

It's the internet and voice lights which keep going orange.

@JohnnyGG Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

Do this on a mobile device while the issue is happening.
