My Sky Broadband keeps *intermittently* failing. It works perfectly for a few hours and then fails for a few minutes. I've tried the usual unplug, turn it off and on again - and it still does the same periodal failures. My postcode is PH33. I can't find a phone number to speak to a human being, to determine whether it's an area engineering problem or if my hub is faulty. Would someone from Sky please provide answers and assistance. Thank you.

It's the internet and voice lights which keep going orange.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
Do this on a mobile device while the issue is happening.
