My Sky Broadband keeps *intermittently* failing. It works perfectly for a few hours and then fails for a few minutes. I've tried the usual unplug, turn it off and on again - and it still does the same periodal failures. My postcode is PH33. I can't find a phone number to speak to a human being, to determine whether it's an area engineering problem or if my hub is faulty. Would someone from Sky please provide answers and assistance.
