How to watch Netflix with my Sjy package?

I have Netflix as part of my Sky package but have just realised I have also been paying Netflix for the past three months. How do I swap over to Sky Netflix? I don't see any as on my LG TV for Sky?

Signing in to the Netflix app on a Sky device (Q box, Glass television or Stream puck) with existing Netflix credentials generates the instruction for Netflix to switch billing to the Sky account.

Note that you've posted to the Broadband forum, and Netflix is bundled with Sky subscription television rather than internet access.

But please humour me now..... The only Sky equipment I have is the modem box. I have an LG tv. I have no idea what a Puck is!? Is there an app that I can install?  I definitely have Netflix as part of my package.

You won't have Netflix with Sky Broadband: it's bundled with some Sky Television products.    If you aren't watching Sky television channels through a Sky-branded device attached over HDMI cable to the LG then you probably don't have a Sky television subscription.
