How can I get a replacement for my Broadband Hub power adaptor which has failed - ie. the Hub does not light up at all, but the socket is fine?? I have found an old adaptor with similar specs which works for now, but I dont really want to use it any longer than I have to...

Thanks for that; I have tried, but I could not get any sense from the the robotic answering system... so I'm here looking for any way to make human contact to ask for a replacement...
