By default all current Sky Hubs broadcast on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz simultaneously.
Which model do you have?
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Re: How to get my security camera which is 2.4 ghz to work with my 5ghz broadband
Hi, I have a similar problem with a Eufy 2.5 ghz camera. Currently using the a dish with the Q box.
I have tried going through the links provided on various treads but as soon as I click on the WiFi option ut won't let me log in.
Thanks, Padraig

@PadraigMc given Sky Broadband doesnt use the satellite dish that your Q box is attached to not sure what you mean,
To connect cameras that wont connect to a dualband SSID you either need tomsplit the twombands which can be done on the black Sky hubs by following these instructions Split Sky WiFi bands
The white Sky Max hubs dont allow tgat instead using the My Sky app you temporarily turn off tge 5GHz band then connect the cameras then turn the 5GHz band back on and the cameras should stay connected.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
