How to get McAfee onto computer if already paying for it

It states I have McAfee on my account but says the tool isn't working. How do I get it onto my PC so I'm not paying extra

@Sam179 Sky haven't offered McAfee security for quite a long time, i've no idea why they haven't removed it from their site.

There are plenty of free anit virus and anti malware options availble that do just as good a job as the paid one.

That's only actually true if you've been a Sky Broadband customer for many years, opted to take up the antivirus offer at the time it was available, and then downloaded and installed the product onto one or more PCs which you still have in use.
