Looking at broadband offers from elsewhere, I have found much better deals. I don't watch TV yet am being charged £5 a month for that, and my broadband is £31 a month with my normal broadband speed being 25-27mbps. According to the Sky guarantee I should be getting 55mbps and according to comparison sites I should be getting around 36mbps.
So for the speed I am getting and the price I am paying I now wish to try another provider, how do I find out if I can leave with no penalty?

My Broadband will check your speed, and if it’s fallen below your Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed, get in touch to claim money back.
And if you want to, you can change your broadband package at no extra cost or cancel with no early termination charges at any time within your minimum term.

Thank you for that. Do you know if I can arrange for that payment and cancel online or do I have to phone and speak to someone?

I was hoping that wouldn't be the case.
Thank you both @TimmyBGood and @jamesn123 for taking the time to reply.
