Hi,
The connection drop is too much. They say it's openreach problem but no, my previous internet in the same house , TalkTalk for 3 years, was slower but never had this kind of instability. Once it drops it lasts for a couple hours. Can't work from home, it's significant damage to my life.
Engineers visited couple times already and they could not find problems.
Long story short, I want to discuss a human customer service, not the automatic answers (this is also disappointing point - why they don't provide easy way to chat with their service?) because I'm out of patience and wish to early-out from the service.
Using email/text/chat - any options?
Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Taeho You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
