Having the same problem with a canon mg3650s, thought I'd solved it by turning off the 5ghz leaving the 2.4ghz it connected...turned it off and came back to it and it's disappeared...honestly I'm totally lost with it

Hi
I've had the same problem with my MG3650S, on the sky hub max, I've plugged the old router back in which kinda defeats the object of having a new one, did you resolve the problem, if so how? Like you I turned off 5ghz without any luck.

Have you tried reducing the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the administration settings in the My Sky app?

Hi, no I haven't, I'll give it a go tho, should I block out 5ghz aswell?
Thanks for your reply

I'd suggest trying both, then re-enable 5Ghz.

Hi again,
I switched it to WPA2-PSK and it picked it up immediately! I've also switched the 5ghz back on, all is good again, thank you so much for all your help.
