How to change activation date on any new Sky contract?

New consumer, have just bought tv & broadband package for new home.

Puck will arrive 3 days before I move, activation will commence one month after I move in.

Both unhelpful to me, but I was given no choice over dates for either.

How can I change the activation date?

The activation date for your broadband is reliant on Openreach availability, which Sky have no control over, unfortunately.

@Lottie1  You can't change the date, you would have been given the earliest date openreach can connect you up

You'll only be charged from activation date when the service starts. Guess they send the hardware early as it'll be automated and most people won't need to wait a month. Mine was in a week as the FTTP line already there
