If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.
Meanwhile is your issue one we can advise on ?

When you ring sky about a problem, and the message says they have sent you a link would you like to use it say no , then you will get to speak to an advisor you can do this for anything with sky , I do when my offers are about to run out on my bills, when I upgraded my broadband, it works every time
