How long to recover Speeds

I have a question about my speed, due to weather and other issues, including a few resets when trying to get a firmware update on the router, I have lost a bit of speed, I spoke to a helpful sky agent today who did all the checks on the broadband and telephone line and sky q boxes everything passed thankfully so no issues and apparently. I untangled the wires and also ensured everything was seated properly. Eventually DLM should pick it back up and the sky testing is showing no errors, how long before DLM will step it back up? I was connecting around 71 megabytes previously a couple of months ago with a 3db SNR. How much do you reacon I will gain back now I am assured it's all working again??
