How long before you get a refund for cancelled broadband

Morning all,

I cancelled my Sky broadband last month and now have a £49 credit on my account for the rest of October and all of November as I was charged for November at the beginning of the month. The latest bill therefore says I'm due to the credit but says the bill period is up to 27 November. Do you therefore know when this will be refunded or do I need to call up to get this to happen?
