I have upgraded my router to the new sky white one but the green light has been pulsing for a few years now and not turned white. It says online to press reset button but there isn't one on Sky's new router. Do I just unplug it from electric ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Cazsky11 removing the power will cause the hub to reboot but to do a factory reset on the white hub 6 you press and hold in the WPS button on the side until the led flashes and then release it which takes at least 10 seconds.
