How do you order Sky but choose infrastructure partner?

I have a family member who wants to order Sky and go with Sky fibre as a package etc but he does not want to use CityFibre due to their poor reputation in Southend.

Openreach are also offering full fibre in his road. Is there a way he can choose having Sky Broadband through Openreach network instead?

@Masterofpuppets Go check on sky.com, when he puts the speed package he wants, FF 500/500 symmetrical up/down then CF, lower like FF 500/70 it's OR, that will let him know what is being ordered or offered.

Choosing will be a call so not sure what critera decides what!

Probably not: using a different ISP which doesn't have a carriage deal with CityFibre would be the way to go.
