How do you get the extenders for the max hub . WiFi in some rooms in my house is non existent

I am really struggling with my patience at the moment.. got new hub to help with the connection in our house and it is worse than the old one... How do you go about getting the extenders.. I thought they guaranteed coverage in your home. It is driving me crazy and my teenager well.... The worse mum ever for changing the hub.. even though it didn't cover all the house at least it didn't drop out all the time...

@Emsj Here is all the information linked below and it is a call to get, you do need to be paying for the sky Max addon service that is an extra £10 per month so worth checking that you do have it on your bill to start with as it is NOT free for all and a few hoops to jump through testing wise with sky before you even get!
