Re: How do you contact SKY to cancel thencontact
If you are in the minimum term of a contract then you might not be able to cancel:
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
If you do cancel and opposed to using the switch service when another ISP takes over your line then then there could be a period oif a few weeks when you have no broadband.
For your ongoing issue try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: How do you contact SKY to cancel thencontact
I have honestly had enough of sky broadband.
at 10am I get brilliant speeds, then by 2pm my speeds are down to less then 3mps and remains there until the early hours of the following morning.
All I would like is a constant as purchased speed.
