How do you cancel broadband and line rental?

Incredibly aggressive and bad UX here - no way to cancel that I can see and the help bot just takes you on a merry dance. How do I actually cancel?

@Blackrainbow There are 2 ways to cancel, you can either call Sky and give the required 14 days notice or place an order with another provider that uses the Openreach network(Virgin media or alt net providers excluded) and they will contact Sky on your behalf to cancel.

Be aware though if you are within a minimimum term contract you will have to pay early termination fees.

Thanks Dave. our contract is long up - it' mad that you can't do this without making a phone call in 2024. Incredibly bad system designed to not make you move

The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act passed just before the previous government expired will eventually require companies to permit services acquired online to be cancelled the same way.

However the Competition and Markets Authority needs to come up with a framework and target date first.
