You may have to seperate the 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi bands to give two seperate ssids

'5g ' / '5G' is a family of cellular (mobile phone) data technologies (the 'G' is for 'Generation'): this has nothing to do with your situation, but the naming is undoubtedly confusing.
'5Ghz' is a WiFi frequency band, as @cookiemonsteruk indicates. The Q and Sky Broadband Hubs broadcast the same network name on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz and this typically confuses devices like internet-capable doorbells and cameras: 'splitting the bands' and renaming one (or both) is the usual solution.
