How do i find my new Broadband wifi max activation date

I have an existing Sky broadband router but experience wifi drops. I have upgraded to Wifi Max and new kit has arrived. Email says:

All you'll need to do is connect your Sky Broadband Hub on your activation date.

How do i find out when my activation date is?

It says "If your Sky Broadband isn't already active, please don't set up your Sky Hub. Your Sky Broadband will be activated on the day written on the packaging."

So I assume as I am already on Sky Broadband I am already activated and I can just swap them over.

Will give it a go and hopefully it is just plug and play.

@TimWS DO not also rush to send your old sky Hub back if they have requested it to be returned until your sky Max is up and working well!
