Sky have provided me with a date for an engineer to visit my home to relocate my position of my master socket for broadband on a date not suitable for me. How can I change this without having to wait for ages on the phone?

Thank you. It wasn't possible to change it online. I ended up phoning. This is the forth time of attempting to get a relocation date in. Let's hope openreach come through this time!!

If you can't do this then you will have to call.
