I know how to get in to my router But can't see how I switch between 2.4ghz and 5ghz as I need 2.4ghz only while setting up a smart bulb and plug thank you

@simonjjg Covered in this help Tips topic, the way to get to it, but just disable it for the period you wish then turn it back on later!
