Trying to move all my BT products to sky after having sky tv for over 25years but only managed to speak to someone with a strong accent I couldn't understand. Not good with technology so really need to speak to someone. Help

too old to cope with all this technology and too complicated to do it on line. Just want to speak to someone. Looks like I'm staying with BT

To be impartial, just because someone has a 'strong accent' doesn't necessarily mean they aren't in the UK
