How do I report a wifi fault if I haven got any wifi in the house

I need to report a wifi tech issue, but I havent got any wifi connection in the house. Can anyone surggest a solution  ?

To call Sky dial 150 (free) from your Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link
