How do I remove the block sky puts on my account i want to access archery retailers but it says blocked  as it sells weapons I should decide what i can or cant access

@Paulthearcher try the following,

Sign in to Sky Broadband Shield, using your Sky ID username and password.https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bb-and-talk 

Select ‘Disable Shield’

Click ‘Save settings.’

It may take around 15 minutes before you can view previously blocked websites.
