I have Sky Broadband. I want to check the speed and look at my account. The invoice said I could do this via the website log in or using My Sky app. I set up a Sky ID as directed. I've gone into my account via the website and tried it using My Sky app. When I go into My Profile, then My Details, then Manage Account Info I just get a message about buying DVD's and nothing else. When I try to go into other things like my documents I get This page is restricted because I don't have any Sky products. When I go into Broadband it just tries to sell me a package.
I'm guessing I need to link my Sky ID to my broadband account. How do I do that please?

Thanks for your reply @Chrisee . I did, but as mentioned, the account was empty of my account info. I've now worked out how to link my Sky ID to my account: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-link-tv-broadband-talk

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Claireme1290 when you set up the service did you not set up an account log in as that is the one that will allow you to see billing details, change settings etc? If you didn't or have forgotten the details call Sky who will take you through a security check and hopefully sort this for you.
