The cable from our house to the telephone pole in the road has broken- hubby has reconnected using a connector but really need to
get it fixed - ideally want to move where it comes into the house too as want to redo the front door / entrance.
Feel like I'm going in circles of if I report as broken as it's still works and if to Sky or Openreach ?
Any advice greatly appreciated
