How do I get a Wi-Fi booster. Despite having SkyQ box my signal still drops off 20 meters away

Have SkyQ and Sky hub but probably need a booster for Wi-Fi to reach the back of the house. (Stone walls in this 1900 terraced house).

Hi @Stephen+Kean 

If you have a Sky Q mini box and it wont connect in an area of your house due to poor signal then you can get a booster FOC from Sky.

If all your Sky Q boxes are working but you want a stronger WiFi signal in a particular room or want to add coverage to a room that doesnt have Sky Q in it then you'd need the broadband boost addon and then you can claim a booster from Sky.

Thanks for escalating however our team cannot add on Sky BB Boost as it is a contractual product which we cannot process. The booster also cannot be claimed until 14 days after Boost has been active.
