How do I email Sky, sick of this service already

I've had problems with my broadband since I signed up in April, now for the past 2 months my internet cuts out multiple times an hour every single day.

 

ive phoned and always get the same troubleshooting tips which don't work, I thought I was getting somewhere with the phone call this morning but that kept getting cut off too and they just sent me more troubleshooting tips... I just want a goddamned new router or engineeer to come check what is wrong 

 

so I tried emailing again this morning and then it says I need to raise my request via the website and I cannot ducking find where to email on there, it just usually ends up pointing me here because they can't be **bleep** to do their jobs

 

I'm at the end of my tether, if I don't get it fixed soon I'm going to cancel my contract, what is the policy regarding cancelling a contract for a service that hasn't worked since I got it? 

let me know, sorry for my rant but I'm so angry, I was warned about Sky but I did it anyway and now I'm regretting it

What hub do you have, black or white

 

If black could you post your hub stats as shown below

Cancelling unilaterally while in a minimum term attracts a penalty fee: something like 60% of the total remaining subscription for the rest of the period.  It also delays any other Openreach ISP taking over by at least ten working days.

It's a white Sky max hub 


ill get a screenshot of the stats page shortly, what is the username and password typically? The same info I login to the Sky app with? The info in the hub itself or just Admin and Sky like the page you linked says? 

I tried a few of those and it's locked me out for a few minutes

Unfortunately the sky max hub does not show the router statistics
