@Allan+Wisbey go into the My Sky app and find the advanced settings for the Max hub. Firstly check the wifi security level is set to WPA2 rather than WPA3-T as that may sort the issue. If it doesnt bring the doirbell close to the hub and try again if still no go tgen in the app turn off the 5GHz band once tge hub restarts connect the doirbell using the app. Once connected then turn the 5GHz band back on - leaving it off will slow other devices - and the unit should stay connected.
Then move the doorbell to itslocation if it loses connection the issue can only be sorted by improving the wifi signal but given doorbells are often on double brick walls which inevitably block a lot of signal.
