Sky box engineer said broadband was bad and I need a broadband enginner to visit, but can't find a way to call or book one..

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hi - Thanks, the problem is the engineer here agreed that when we ran the test online it says fine, but when she tested it with her kit she confirmed it was utter rubbish and tried to book it there an then, but they refused and said I would need to contac them directly to book..but I can't find a way to speak to someone ...

To make that easier I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
