Discussion topic: How do I add an address to my sky account?

I'm trying to register an address against my broadband to help with checking the service but this intelligent app cannot do it. Is there a telephone number with people at the end of it that could help me?

@IanTaylor you can check the service at any address for what services Openreach and hence Sky can support by entering the full postal address in this checker DSL Checker.

if you can't understand the output post the table after removing the reference to thecaddress at the top.

You can't have multiple Sky broadband connections under one account whether they are at the same address or not.

@IanTaylor what I found worked for me was linking my Sky ID to my account. I did it by following this link that I found when I dug around the site.
