Hi connection wont work , followed all instructions no good says captive internet but followed everything 3 times still wont work , theres nothing wrong with house set up , i belive this is a local problem , sky please help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@bladerunner1025 If you run the connection test via the app or your account it should allow you to book an Openreach engineer if it finds a fault(you can run it via a mobile connection).
If you can't run the test or it doesn't find a fault you will have to call Sky to log the fault and request an engineer visit.
